Is it overheating?
If your PS5 gets very loud, warns you about the temperature or turns itself off mid-game, it’s usually struggling to cool down. Make sure it has space around the vents and isn’t in a closed cabinet. If that doesn’t help, the inside needs a proper clean, which is part of our PS5 service.

Do I need to bring the controller and cables?
Just the console is fine for most repairs. For HDMI faults it helps to bring your HDMI cable so we can test it too.
